Advanced Furnace Structure & Safety Design

The furnace adopts a straight-line layout connecting the feeding port, furnace chamber, and soup outlet—

ensuring smooth robot arm operation and efficient feeding.
All exposed terminals are protected, and both furnace chamber and outlet are equipped with independent

thermocouples for double-layer temperature protection.

A laser liquid-level monitoring system continuously tracks molten aluminum height, preventing overfilling,

heater exposure, and providing real-time volume calculation. The furnace is also equipped with all-round

leak-proof protection grooves, improving plant safety.
